1. Palladion Courses are organised in accordance with the number and schedule of applicants.
2. Registration is required to apply for a course. After registration, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail with information about the programme. Registration for the course constitutes the acceptance of our terms and conditions.
3. Course fees can be paid by bank transfer or in cash, in full or in monthly instalments. Enrolment to the course is finalized upon payment of the course fee. The prices indicated are gross prices. The Organiser issues an invoice upon payment of the course fee.
4. The first two classes of the course are free of charge. After registration, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the course until the third class of the course. Withdrawals are to be communicated in writing to info@palladion.hu. Course fees are not refundable after the third class of the course.
5. Customers suffering from a contagious disease may not attend the course. During the course, the Customer must protect his/her own health and physical safety as well as that of the other participants.
6. The Customer is obliged to comply with the course rules and regulations, and assumes full responsibility for any property damage caused by him/her at the course venue.
7. Participation in the course under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The Organiser has the right to deny the participation in the course of any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or of any person disturbing or insulting other students. In such cases, the Organiser is not obliged to refund the course fee.
8. During the course, the Organiser or his/her representative may, with the permission of the participants, take photographs and create video recordings, which may be at their own discretion. The Customer may take photographs and create video recordings during the course with the Organiser’s permission. Photos and videos may only be published on private platforms, all other uses require permission.
9. The Organiser will not disclose personal data provided at registration to third parties and will use these solely for the purposes of the event. Our current Privacy Policy is available here.
10. In the event of force majeure (health emergency, natural disaster), the Organiser shall not be held liable for any cancellation. The cancelled class(es) will be rescheduled after consultation with the Customer.
The relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply in all matters not specified above.
